Return, exchange, replacement or missing item

Return or exchange an item, or tell us something was missing from your package. No account needed: enter your order number and the email on the order.

How it works

You have 30 days from delivery. Pick a refund, an exchange, a replacement (defective items) or tell us something was missing. Our team reviews your request and emails you a prepaid return label if one is needed. Refunds deduct a flat $7 label fee, waived if we caused the problem. Nothing is sent back for a missing item.
